TS-300X SPECIAL PATCHING MATERIAL FOR METRO SHIELD SEGMENT

The temporary support lining in the subway tunnel-the shield segment is made of C50 grade reinforced concrete and every five pieces form a complete ring.The corners and edges of shield segment need to be repaired due to collision in production and transportation . But the ordinary cement mortar can not be use for the shield segment repair because of its poor bonding performance, low strength, long setting time and insufficient crack resistance. So we develop TS-300X special repair mortar for subway shield segment. This special patching material is composed of high-strength cement, early strength agent, water retention agent, polymer adhesive, anti-cracking fiber, lubricant and so on.

Scope of application:

Rapid repair of concrete structures ,such as subway shield segments, roads, railways, and civil buildings.

Product performance:
1.Early strength, high strength:Product strength reaches up to 30Mpa in 24 hours and reaches up to 55Mpa in 28 days.

2.Good bonding performance:The bonding strength in between the new and old concrete is more than 2.5Mpa, which can ensure the bonding strength reach to the greatest extent;
3.Good crack resistance:The repaired part would not crack;
4.Strong resistance to water immersion:The bonding strength in water of the repaired surface is the same as in air;

Package and storage:
Standard package of 25kg/bag.
The warranty period is 6 months. If exceeds the warranty period ,product need to test before use.

Instructions

1. First take 2 kg powder material and add 0.4-0.5 kg water into it, then manually stir the repair material for 0.5-1 minutes to make it into toothpaste-like material ;

2. Clean the base surface and wet it with a wet towel;
3. Apply the patching material to the defect and smooth the defected area;
4. After the repair material is hardened, rinse the water twice in one day and avoid the sun exposure;
5. Since the curing time of this patching material is short, each time mixing amount should not be too much and better be used up within half an hour;
6. Water consumption: 20%-25%.
